Franklin Mint Silver Family Bible
Rarity Guide
Comments
This is an actual printed Bible, with an ornate sculptured Sterling Silver cover that contains over a pound of silver. The Bible itself contains over 1250 pages, and has 40 illustrations from the 14th century Queen Mary's Psalter which have never before appeared in any printed Bible. The Protestant version is the King James Bible, and the Catholic version is the New American Bible. Almost all of the Bibles are personalized with family names. This is not to be confused with the Silver Bible Ingot set, which is a set of silver ingots with biblical scenes.
